Who we are

Social Cut is operated by GASP ESSENTIAL LLC. This policy covers this website (socialcut.io) and the Social Cut app (app.socialcut.io).

What we collect

Your account. We collect the email address you sign up with. Sign-in is passwordless; we email you a link, so we never store a password.

Your content. Videos you upload are processed solely to produce your content: transcription, cutting, captioning, carousels, and post copy. Your media is yours. It is deleted when you delete your account.

Payments. Paid plans are sold through Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle collects and processes your payment details; we never see your card number.

Analytics & advertising

We use PostHog product analytics to understand how the site and app are used (page views, feature usage, basic device information). In the app you are identified by an opaque ID, not your email. We may also use the Meta Pixel on this website to measure advertising. We do not sell your data.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run Social Cut: Cloudflare (hosting, storage), Hetzner (servers), Deepgram (transcription), Resend (transactional email), Paddle (payments), PostHog (analytics), and Meta (advertising measurement). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Deletion & your choices

You can delete your account and media, or ask us to remove any email address we hold, by writing to support@socialcut.io. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link; transactional email (sign-in links, receipts) is sent only as part of the service.
