Terms of Service

Last updated: July 20, 2026

Service description

Social Cut turns an uploaded video into social content: cuts, captions, a carousel, and post copy. Social Cut is a service operated by GASP ESSENTIAL LLC (“GASP Essential,” “we,” or “us”), a Missouri limited liability company. Paid plans are sold through Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which collects payment, issues invoices, and processes refunds on our behalf.

Plans & billing

Social Cut offers a free plan and paid plans (Creator and Pro). Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance through Paddle and renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Exports on the free plan carry a Social Cut watermark, except during the current free beta (invite-only), when all exports are unwatermarked regardless of plan.

Acceptable use

You may only upload content you own or have the rights to use. You may not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or use the service in any way that violates the rights of others.

Your content

Your content stays yours. By using Social Cut, you grant us only the processing rights needed to render your outputs, nothing more.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of GASP ESSENTIAL LLC is limited to the amount you have paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
